Peer Support and Self Care Group

In person group for 18+ women and femme identifying people looking to form connections through shared life experiences. Topics include interpersonal relationships, body image, mental health challenges, and self care to name a few.

Anxiety and Mindfulness Group

Join a small group in person or online and practice mindfulness strategies to help alleviate symptoms related to anxiety and stress.
