Amanda Brown
Do you struggle with feeling like yourself? Does it affect your day to day life, relationships or work? Do you feel overwhelmed by the business of life, finding time to rest rather than feeling like you're stuck in survival mode? Do you wonder what life could be like with less stress? Now more than ever, we are all feeling overwhelmed and anxious trying to find a balance within ourselves that includes some spark of joy.

The therapy process begins with the relationship between you and I. My first step is to get to know you, understand what your experience is like and how it impacts you. Together we will gain insight into what therapy goals you may have, and how we can achieve them.

I am an integrated therapist, meaning, I like to work with you to identify the treatment type that will work best for you. I'm most comfortable working from a mindfulness-based lens, with elements of CBT and DBT.
Registered Psychotherapist & EMDR Trained
Chloë Brown
You may be feeling overwhelmed and anxious during this time of uncertainty or struggling with your interpersonal relationships/partnerships. You may have a child/adolescent that is struggling to manage their thoughts and feelings. It can be hard asking for help and taking the step to start therapy can feel nerve-wracking and scary. By starting your healing journey, you are hoping to experience a welcoming, collaborative and safe space where you can gain coping strategies, improve your mood and better understand yourself. My practice consists of working with people of all ages and couples using various techniques including EMDR.

My background as a nationally competing athlete provides me with a unique opportunity when working with children/adolescents, high performing athletes and adults experiencing high-stress and high-demand situations. Having a lot of experience working with grief and loss focuses my work to heavily emphasize a compassionate and empathetic perspective.
