Peer Support and Self Care Group

In person group for 18+ women and femme identifying people looking to form connections through shared life experiences. Topics include interpersonal relationships, body image, mental health challenges, and self care to name a few.

Anxiety and Mindfulness Group

In this supportive and collaborative environment, individuals come together to explore techniques for managing anxiety and cultivating mindfulness. Through guided discussions, experiential exercises, and evidence-based practices, participants learn how to navigate the challenges of anxiety with greater resilience and awareness.

Men's Mental Health Support Group

Designed specifically to address the unique needs and challenges faced by men in today's society. Providing a safe and supportive environment where men can come together to share their experiences, challenges, and successes related to mental health.
